Violation of any the policy may in suspension or possible account termination.
Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
Terms
We are
not responsible for file maintenance, file lost, information, or data.
Backup of all files is recommended to a remote machine.
Payment
An monthly fee is required before the account is activated which can
be paid in advance monthly by Visa,
MasterCard, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, American Express, Switch, Solo, Discover, Eurocard. We reserves the right to change prices at any time after expiry of the
annual subscription period by giving no less than 30 calendar day’s prior
notice.

We are not responsible for any damages to any client's business. We makes no
warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for services
provided. Use of our web hosting and email service is at the client's sole risk.
In no circumstance will we be liable for any claims resulting from the use or
inability to use our services - including, but not limited to, service
interruptions, client errors, Internet connectivity problems, miscommunications,
unauthorised access to our servers, NIC problems, DNS caching, Internet
bandwidth congestion, power failures, vandalism, and natural disasters.

We agrees to hold confidential all information by the client confidential. When
you register as a member with us, you agree to accept this privacy policy and
